Our tool simply extracts and formats publicly available data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your subsequent use of the extracted transcripts complies with applicable copyright laws and the fair use doctrine. You must not use the extracted content to plagiarize, unlawfully distribute, or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the original creators.

The Transcriptafy name, logo, design, and proprietary backend code are owned by us and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users.

Because our Service relies heavily on the public availability and structural integrity of the YouTube API and website structure, changes made by YouTube to their infrastructure may temporarily or permanently break the functionality of Transcriptafy. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous uptime of the extraction features.
